Fear is just a thought that you pay attention to and it provides you with worry. Often the greatest fear we face is that of what other people think of us. What others think of you has no bearing on who you are but defines who they are. Your worry and fear about what others think is wasted thought. All of us need to find our calling and the activities that make us happy and complete, then go and do those things. What anyone else thinks of you and your accomplishments is not important. Be yourself, do what you love and enjoy your life experience.
